What is Glamstock?
Glamstock is a luxury beauty supply store that caters to professionals. We supply stylists, educators and students with a variety of high-quality popular kit essentials. You won’t run out of product or left scrambling when local retailers are sold out. Our goal is to make it easy to stay stocked for any event and all wedding season long.
How do I care for the Glamstock Luxury Mannequin Head?
AFTER CARE FOR MANNEQUINS
When washing your mannequin hair be very gentle while working the product through the hair from the base to the ends. When shampooing/ conditioning (Do not rub or twist the hair as this may cause the hair to mat or tangle.) Use lukewarm water. Gently blot the excess water with a towel and let the mannequin hair dry.
* Make sure to comb hair before shampooing to ensure the hair is tangle-free.
* Avoid excessive scrubbing or agitating of the hair.
* Use a leave-in conditioner or hair mask to add hydration.
* Detangle with a large-tooth comb; begin at the nape and comb the ends to scalp in a downward motion.
NOT RECOMMENDED
* Excessive backcombing due to breakage.
* Excessive amount of hair sprays/ products
* Excessive amount of heat/ MAX temperature /leaving hot tools on the hair for an excessive amount of time
* Treat your mannequin how you would your clients hair. Gentle + with care
Wholesale Inquiries

Am I eligible for a student discount?
If you are one of Styled by Shinae’s past students (online or in person) and you attend beauty school. You will be entitled to our student pricing.
Social Media Promotion
Feel free to showcase Glamstock products when they become available. I love to promote customers on the Glamstock Instagram feed as well. Please let us know if this poses any issues.

Custom Hair Extensions
For custom hair extensions, please email info@glamstock.ca, inquiries for custom extensions should be minimum 4 weeks in advance.
Disclaimer
Actual colour may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has different display colours and everyone sees colours differently. We cannot guarantee that the colours you see accurately reflect the true colours of the items. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can have an affect on the image’s colour.
Orders
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders ship in 2 weeks. *Note: Pick-up time frame (2-4 days) does not include pre-orders. If you choose the pick-up option, we will notify you when it will be ready for pickup.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the 3-9 Days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@glamstock.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Can I change or cancel my Glamstock order?
All orders are final after 24 hours. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@glamstock.ca
How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect!
Payment Terms
All orders must be paid upfront prior to shipment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards.
Are there any taxes or duties?
Currently, there are no taxes on Glamstock.
Any additional import/duties that may be incurred are payable by the receiver of the product and are not included in the shipping cost.
What currency are the prices listed in?
Pricing is listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices are only available to qualified schools, salons, educators.
What happens if I receive the wrong order?
Please contact info@glamstock.ca within 5 days from the date you received your order with your order number.

Local Pick-Ups
When you place a pick-up order, please change your shipping from standard shipping to the pick-up option. Your pick-up order will be ready in 2-4 business days.
Our store pick-up location is 2601 Regional Road, 20, Fonthill, ON L0S 1E6 Canada. Orders can be picked up from Tuesday-Thursday - 10:00am - 2:00pm EST. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready for pick-up. Once you've received this email, please message us to arrange a custom pick-up time.
Local Delivery
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 12km of our shop.
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery but we can arrange a local pickup from our studio. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email.

Once payment has been recieved, orders take between 2-4 business days to fulfill unless otherwise notifed.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping varies based on location, local Canadian shoppers will receive their package between 2-9 business days. This is an estimated timeframe as outside factors such as weather can delay delivery.
During this high volume season, postal services may experience delays, which should be taken into consideration. Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout and will vary depending on the destination and weight of the package. All orders placed during the week are processed and shipped out by the end of the week. Please ensure the shipping address is entered correctly, as we are not responsible for the repayment of shipping on returned packages.
How will my order be shipped?
Our products will be shipped via Canada Post Tracked Package. Packages are sent Tuesday through Friday, with exception of public holidays.
Can I edit my shipping address?
All information entered is final once the payment is completed. Be sure to check that all your information is correct.
I have not received my tracking number.
